WinterSweet Dictionary

WinterSweet Dictionary is a simple and fast dictionary.
Comparing to dictioanries like Kingsoft PowerWord, Babylon, and Lingoes, although WinterSweet Dictionary has less functions, but not every body needs all the functions that are offered by the big dictionaries. In most of the times, just simple translation would be suffice. That's why we designed WinterSweet Dictionary, which can be set to run at startup and taking only about 1 MB of memory. This will provide you with a translatable of 160K words within a second.


The name of the software is named after plum flower. In the old times, people used to describe beauties with flowers, that's why I believe most people will like flowers =)

Screen Translator

Regarding Screen Translator

This function is different with 99% of the existing dictionaries in the market. When you enable screen translator, it will not be entered into the dictionary's process, thus will avoid errors of incompatibility.

How to use: within the software, select the word you wish to be translated, then move the cursor to the system tray where the Plum Dictionary icon is located.

Caution: The screen translator function provided by the WinterSweet Dictionary is only valid to words that are selectable, words from normal conversation windows cannot be translated in this manner. If you really need the translation, you can manually input the word inside the dictionary.
